Yes, you can delete your account from your Profile Settings. Go to "Account Settings" and find the "Delete Account" option. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your content, comments, and data will be removed.
Who can see my profile information?

Privacy & Security

Your profile information visibility depends on your privacy settings. Basic information (display name, bio, profile picture) is public by default. You can adjust privacy settings to control what information is visible to other users. Email addresses are never publicly displayed.

Technical & Account

How do I change my password?

Technical & Account

Go to your Profile Settings page, then click on "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password (twice for confirmation). Make sure your new password meets the security requirements. Click "Update Password" to save the changes.
How do I update my profile information?

Technical & Account

Navigate to your Profile page and click "Edit Profile". You can update your display name, bio, profile picture, location, website, and social media links. Changes are saved automatically. Remember to click "Save" when you're done editing.
How do I enable dark mode?

Technical & Account

Click the theme switcher icon (sun/moon) in the top navigation bar. This will toggle between light and dark modes. Your preference is saved and will be remembered for future visits.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Technical & Account

On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. The reset link expires after a certain time for security.
How do I manage my notification preferences?

Technical & Account

Go to your Profile Settings and find the "Notifications" section. You can customize which notifications you receive: email notifications, in-app notifications, new article alerts, comment replies, follower updates, and more. Adjust settings according to your preferences.
What is two-factor authentication (MFA) on Diglore?

Technical & Account

Two-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra sign-in step after your password. When MFA is enabled, you enter a short code from an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) in addition to your password. This helps protect your account even if your password is compromised. MFA is available for email-and-password (local) accounts when the feature is enabled on the platform.
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?

Technical & Account

Go to Profile → Settings and open the Security section. Turn on the MFA toggle to start setup, scan the QR code with your authenticator app (or enter the manual key), then enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm. You will receive one-time backup codes—save them in a secure place before finishing setup. MFA is only available for local email/password accounts, not social sign-in accounts.
How does signing in work when MFA is enabled?

Technical & Account

Sign in with your email and password as usual. If MFA is enabled on your account, you will be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app on the next screen. Enter the current code to complete login. If you cannot access your authenticator app, you can use one of your saved backup codes instead (each backup code works once).
What are MFA backup codes and how do I use them?

Technical & Account

When you enable MFA, Diglore gives you a set of one-time backup codes. Store them somewhere safe (you can copy or download them during setup). If you lose your phone or cannot open your authenticator app, enter a backup code on the MFA sign-in screen instead of the 6-digit app code. Each backup code can only be used once. If you run out of backup codes, disable and re-enable MFA from Profile Settings to generate a new set (requires your password and a current authenticator code to disable).
How do I turn off two-factor authentication?

Technical & Account

Open Profile → Settings, go to the Security section, and choose Disable MFA. You must enter your account password and a current 6-digit code from your authenticator app to confirm. After MFA is disabled, you will only need your password to sign in. If you signed up with Google or another social provider, MFA does not apply to your account.

Writing & Publishing

How do I become a writer on Diglore?

Writing & Publishing

To become a writer, click on "Join as Writer" in the navigation menu or visit the Writer Applications page. Fill out the application form with information about your writing experience, interests, and why you want to write on Diglore. Our team reviews applications and will notify you of the decision via email. Once approved, you'll gain access to writer tools and can start publishing content.
What tools are available for writers?

Writing & Publishing

Writers on Diglore have access to a rich text editor, AI-powered writing assistance (grammar checking, SEO optimization, content rewriting), plagiarism checker, readability analysis, scheduling tools for posts, analytics dashboard, series management, and more. Higher tiers unlock more AI usage and analytics. Writer Professional adds AI blog audio (listenable versions of your posts). Compare plans on the Membership page.
Can I schedule my blog posts?

Writing & Publishing

Yes! Writers can schedule blog posts to be published at a specific date and time. When creating or editing a blog post, look for the "Schedule" option. Set your desired publication date and time, and the post will automatically go live at that moment. You can also manage all scheduled posts from your writer dashboard.
How do I create a blog series?

Writing & Publishing

To create a series, go to your writer dashboard and click "Create Series". Give your series a title, description, and cover image. You can then add existing blog posts to the series or create new ones. Series help organize related content and make it easier for readers to follow multi-part articles.
What image formats and sizes are supported?

Writing & Publishing

Diglore supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP image formats. For optimal performance, we recommend: Featured images should be under the maximum size limit (check current limits in settings), with recommended dimensions based on current platform settings. Images are automatically optimized and resized when uploaded.
Can writers earn money on Diglore?

Writing & Publishing

Yes. When monetization is enabled, approved writers can earn by publishing quality blogs that attract real readers. Earnings may include ad revenue sharing and, on eligible paid plans, a share of the membership reading pool (subscription revenue). Shares are calculated month by month from engagement in each calendar month—not lifetime blog totals. If the platform enables free-tier monetization, free writers can earn from ads only; upgrading to Premium or Professional unlocks additional sources and typically higher earning weight.
What is blog audio?

Writing & Publishing

Blog audio is an AI-generated listenable version of your article so readers can listen like a podcast. On Diglore, generating blog audio is included on the Writer Professional plan (not on Free, Basic, or Premium writer plans). Usage limits scale with your billing frequency. Open the Writer Professional plan on the Membership page to see the feature and quotas before you upgrade.

Earnings & Monetization

How do writers earn money on Diglore?

Earnings & Monetization

Writers earn by publishing blogs that generate qualified engagement—not just page loads. When monetization is enabled, common sources include:

Ad revenue sharing — a writer share of advertising shown on your blog pages (from networks such as AdSense or Meta), distributed using engagement scores.

Membership reading pool — a portion of subscription revenue shared among eligible paid-plan writers based on qualified reads, reading time, completions, likes, bookmarks, shares, and comments.

Both sources use month-wise calculation: only engagement recorded in a given calendar month counts toward that month's distribution—not lifetime totals on your blog (such as all-time like or read counts).

Your plan determines which sources apply. Free-tier writers (when enabled) usually earn from ads only; Premium often adds ad sharing; Professional may access the full pool plus ads. See Members → Earnings if you are eligible.
Am I eligible to earn as a writer?

Earnings & Monetization

You generally need to: (1) be approved as a writer, (2) have a writer tier that the platform has enabled for monetization (Free when offered, or a paid plan such as Premium or Professional), and (3) publish content that meets eligibility rules (for example minimum quality, public posts, and anti-spam checks). Monetization must be enabled site-wide. View balances and breakdowns in Members → Earnings when your tier qualifies.
Can I earn as a free-tier writer without a paid subscription?

Earnings & Monetization

When the platform enables free-tier monetization, approved free writers can earn a share of ad revenue only—not subscription pool revenue. This lets you see real earnings from your blogs and understand how the program works before upgrading. Free-tier distribution uses a lower engagement multiplier than paid plans, so paid writers typically earn more from the same traffic. Payouts (withdrawing your balance) generally require a paid writer subscription and a completed payout profile; earnings below the minimum threshold carry forward.
How do writer earnings differ by plan (Free, Premium, Professional)?

Earnings & Monetization

Earning sources depend on your writer plan and platform settings:

Free (when enabled) — ads only; lower score multiplier; good for getting started.

Premium — typically ad revenue sharing; higher multiplier than Free.

Professional — fullest access: ads plus membership reading pool (and other configured sources); highest multiplier.

Exact percentages and multipliers are set by the platform. Compare plans on the Membership page and track your results under Members → Earnings.
How is my share of ad revenue and the reading pool calculated?

Earnings & Monetization

Each month, the platform measures engagement on your blogs only during that calendar month (for example, reads and likes in March count toward March—not your all-time totals). A weighted score is built from factors such as qualified reads, reading time, article completions, likes, bookmarks, shares, and approved comments recorded in that month. Your writer plan applies a tier multiplier (paid plans typically receive a higher multiplier than Free). Your share of the ad pool or reading pool for that month is proportional to your score compared to all eligible writers. After the platform runs monthly distribution, credits appear in Members → Earnings labeled by period (YYYY-MM, e.g. March 2026).
What counts as a “qualified read” for earnings?

Earnings & Monetization

Earnings are based on quality engagement in each calendar month, not lifetime blog stats or raw page views. A qualified read typically means an authenticated reader spent enough time on your post (minimum read-time rules may apply) and the visit passes anti-spam checks. The same monthly window applies to other factors that can affect your share—reading time, article completions, likes, bookmarks, shares, and approved comments recorded during that month. This keeps earnings fair and rewards recent, genuine reader activity.
Where can I see my earnings and payout status?

Earnings & Monetization

If your tier is eligible, open Members → Earnings (also linked from your profile when available). The Overview tab shows your balance, total earned, and payout history; Breakdown shows earnings by source and by month (filter by specific period or custom month range); Payout Settings is where you add Payoneer or bank details before a paid-plan payout.
How do payouts work, and when do I get paid?

Earnings & Monetization

When your available balance meets the platform minimum payout threshold, eligible writers on a paid plan can request a payout or be processed on the admin schedule (commonly monthly). Complete your payout profile first. Balances below the threshold carry forward. Free-tier writers may accrue ad earnings but typically need to upgrade to a paid writer plan before requesting a withdrawal—check your Earnings page for current eligibility.
What payout methods are supported?

Earnings & Monetization

Supported payout methods depend on your country and platform settings. Common options include Payoneer for international payouts and bank transfer in supported regions. You’ll be asked to complete your payout profile before a payout can be processed.

Reading & Content

How do I save articles for later reading?

Reading & Content

While reading any blog post, look for the "Save" or bookmark icon. Click it to save the article to your reading list. You can access all saved articles from your profile dashboard under "Saved Articles" or "Reading List".
Can I follow specific writers?

Reading & Content

Absolutely! Visit any writer's profile page and click the "Follow" button. You'll receive notifications when they publish new content. You can manage all followed writers from your profile dashboard.
How do comments work?

Reading & Content

Comments allow you to engage with content and other readers. Click on the comment section below any blog post to read and reply to comments. You can like comments, reply to them, and have meaningful discussions. All comments are moderated to maintain a respectful community environment.
How do I search for specific topics or articles?

Reading & Content

Use the search bar in the navigation menu to find articles, writers, or topics. You can search by keywords, tags, categories, or writer names. Advanced filters are available to narrow down results by date, category, writer, and more.

Membership & Subscriptions

What are the benefits of a premium membership?

Membership & Subscriptions

Premium membership includes: access to exclusive member-only content, advanced AI writing tools, priority customer support, ad-free reading experience, early access to new features, enhanced analytics, series creation, and special badges. Writer plans differ in monetization: Premium and Professional unlock ad revenue and (for Professional) membership pool earnings, with higher distribution weight than Free when free-tier ads are enabled. Writer Professional also includes AI blog audio—compare tiers on the Membership page.
