Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid memberships and subscriptions on Diglore ("we", "our", or "us"), including purchases processed through our payment partners (such as Stripe or Paddle).
All membership fees are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
Diglore's decisions on billing, refunds, and account access are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for:
- Partial billing periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or any other cycle)
- Unused time remaining after you cancel
- Downgrades or plan changes mid-cycle
- Accidental purchases, forgetfulness, or change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with specific content, features, or writers
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms
Once a payment is successfully processed, the charge will not be reversed except where we are legally required to do so.
3. Cancellation vs. Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals only—it does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
After cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your paid membership benefits until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When that period ends, your subscription will not renew and paid features will lapse according to your plan.
4. Renewals and Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling in advance if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
Price changes, if any, will be communicated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. A new price applies to future billing cycles after notice, not as a refund for past charges.
5. Free Trials and Promotions
If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, standard billing applies when the trial or promotion ends unless you cancel before conversion. Fees charged after a trial converts to a paid plan are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing for that specific offer.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@diglore.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and loss of access without refund.
7. Service Interruptions
Temporary outages, maintenance, or feature changes do not qualify for refunds. We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diglore and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from refund requests, billing disputes, subscription changes, or denial of refunds—including consequential or indirect damages. Our total liability for refund-related claims is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction at issue in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law requires more.
9. Governing Law and Legal Exceptions
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This governing law applies to all users worldwide who purchase or use paid services on Diglore, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection, payment, or refund laws in your place of residence. Where such laws require a refund or remedy in specific circumstances, we will comply with those legal obligations to the extent required.
10. Relationship to Other Policies
This Refund Policy is part of your agreement with Diglore. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms control except where this policy provides stricter no-refund terms for payments, in which case this policy controls for refund matters. Nothing here limits indemnification, dispute resolution, or liability caps in our Terms.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy for future purchases.
